StrenGames is a 6-week competition starting on a Saturday and ending on Friday at the end of the games.

How do I sign up?

• Fill out the enrollment form (provided in the TSL StrenGames forum)

• By default you sign up as an individual, but it will be more fun if you also join as part of a team. If you are joining a team, select the name of the team on the form. If your team isn’t listed, you have the option to enter a new team name. 

• You can fill out the form multiple times if needed.

 

How does it work?

• Each week, you are expected to submit a “weekly check-in". The link to submit will be provided.

• You should submit each week by the following Thursday morning at 6:00 am ET. Late submissions are not counted.

• Each participant gets points for completing TSL-related events.

• To determine the team score, the score for each team member is tallied up and then divided by the number of people on the team to give a mean average.

• To check your individual score and/or team score, go to the provided link.

 

Scoring

A perfect score would be 3000 points.

• Daily physical activity: 10 points/day

• Daily good deed: 10 points/day

• Agon: 80 points/wk

• Badge requirement: 80 points/wk

• AGFT: up to 500 points (may be attempted multiple times, take your best score for the entire StrenGames – use the score chart linked below)

• Join a TSL meet-up: 200 points once for the entire StrenGames

• Personal Goal: 250 points once for the entire StrenGames (see more details in next section)

• “Tim Werth Bonus Challenge": 250 (surprise – will be announced closer to start date)
