One Year in Middle-earth: Part I is the beginning of a five-part Texas Region Branded Challenge inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit and The Fellowship of the Ring:

1. Part I covers The Hobbit in January and February.

2. Part II is The Fellowship of the Ring, which takes us from March to May, where, at the end of May, you must make a decision that will direct your course for the next six months.

3. Part III takes you through The Two Towers from June to August.
